Wonderful fragrance and aromatic expression on the nose - floral tones and candyfloss. A touch quiet still with fine but tense tannins that give a straightforward expression to the palate. Still, there’s juicy acidity and lots of flavour. Once this settles it’ll be lovely. Mint, dried herbs, tobacco, strawberry and roasted coffee.
