A little known family-owned Margaux estate owned by Eric Léglise, located in Arsac to the west of the appellation a little back from the river. Lovely sappy plum and blackberry fruits with floral aromatics that lift this out of the glass and a savoury, mouthwatering finish - this is a really charming wine. Plantings are 65 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 25 % Merlot, 8 % Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot although I am not sure of the exact blend in this vintage.  Tasted twice. A value pick.
