Damsons and wild blueberry notes on the nose with a hint of violets.  This errs on the lighter side for Pomerol and for the vintage, with bright, almost crisp red and blue fruit aligned with super fine tannins. It's super easy to like with a clean and focused aspect alongside mint, slate, graphite and wet stone minerality on the finish. Clearly powerful but totally reigned in right now, delivering a very sleek and polished wine with plenty more to come I'm sure. 3.67pH. Ageing 18 months, 100% wooden barrels.
