Quite a sharp initial flavour, but lovely texture, you get a burst of cherry fruit and then the roundness comes in - still gently and lightly framed, this is delicate in terms of texture but with a good core of dark berry flavours. Clean and clear with gentle push from start to finish. A little bit sharp overall, but I like the cherry expression and the touch of bitterness you get on the end.
