Smooth red fruit on the attack but the wine quite quickly pulls itself in. It feels a little puckered through the main palate and struggles to establish a rhythm. Made from 10ha of Terra Vitis certified vines, planted on the western side of the appellation in mostly gravelly soils, 50% was affected by frost. Francois Bernard owns the estate and it’s been in his family since the 19th century.
