A touch tart and austere with cranberry fruit and a toasted undercurrent of liquorice, black chocolate and cedar spice. A little serious and savoury at the moment with slightly unbalanced acidity that sticks out. Almost a crisp apple edge to this. Just lacks a bit more juiciness and softness.
