Gorgeous raspberry jam frit on the nose, smells ripe and concentrated and so welcoming. A lovely density to this initially, filling and fleshy, with structured tannins and great grip as well as almost sweet acidity. It tapers a little towards the finish, with more saline and liquorice notes, but ageing should smooth that out. Not bad at all. I like it. 3.5pH.
