Just 1.5ha of vines at this property, fermented entirely in new oak barrels. There is clear potential and some gorgeous fat blackberry fruits, although lacks a little Pauillac typicity - perhaps the low yield is the issue, although not sure if that was hail related. From the same family at Fonbadet, and in this vintage I would go Fonbadet. Tasted twice and no question that this is an enjoyable wine. Harvest September 24 to October 11. A yield of 20hl/ha.
