Elderflower, peas, green apples, smells of Sauvignon Blanc. Great acidity, this is a lovely soft combination of peach, crisp apple, creamy lemons and grapefruit pith. Doesn't quite have the length and propulsion but nice fruit initially and a cool, chalky, salty, iodine tang to the texture underneath. Not complex but fine. A soft and enjoyable expression.
