This is so expressive on the nose, shining brightly out the glass with strawberry perfume, alive and expressive. Excellent intensity on the palate, this has structure and grip from the fine but chalky tannins and a mouthwatering acidity that gives life and energy. It has focus and direction really giving the red berry fruit sweetness and balanced acidity, tannis and freshness. This has persistence and drive, and no dip through the mid palate with such a long flavour. I love that minty fresh flavour at the end. A lovely easy-drinking buy this year.  3% Cabernet Franc completes the blend.
