Blue fruit and soft herbal accents. Crisp with real bite, this has some clean cranberry fruit with lot of liquorice spice, black pepper and clove. It’s not dense, but it’s long and sleek. Fruity and juicy and clean. A commendable effort in 2024. A yield of 45hl/ha. Ageing 10% new oak, 7% innox, 1% amphora - the rest one year two year.
