Such great texture – round and filling but so cool and fresh that you’re getting texture without any opulence or exuberance. Mouthwatering and juicy, quite a straight style but so well defined. Really elegant and detailed with a stony grip on the finish. Lovely. Great balance. Yield of 29hl/ha. 3,78pH. Ageing 14 months in oak barrels.
