The difficulties of the vintage are more apparent here than with Maltus' other wines. It shows a fresh, sappy red fruit character, but is a touch underripe through the mid-palate. The Maltus stable of wines had been sold through the Place since 2009 but have now returned to being sold direct and through exclusive importers. Harvested 22 September to 3 October. For early to medium drinking.
