A full blend of 70% Merlot, 18% Cabernet Franc, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Carmenère, 2% Petit Verdot and 1% Noir de Pressac (Malbec), this has an open and perfumed aromatic profile. Nicely structured on the palate, tannins are firm and provide support for the ripe, almost sweet blackcurrant and soft graphite edges. It would be a bit too sweet if not for the bright acidity which gives it lift. Still a little tight but this will soften. Well crafted with a succulent finish.
