Fresh aromatics on the nose, some cool blue fruit elements, so fragrant too, lots of dried flowers and rose petals and black chocolate. Quite sharp, tangy and crisp with a lovely crunch to the raspberry and cranberry fruit. Soft, a touch grippy but altogether a really calm and balanced expression with juiciness and texture but nothing over the top. There’s concentration to the fruit for sure but expressed with finesse. A really lively, appealing, drinkable style. Very refined. Great sapidity. 3.43pH. No new oak, ageing 100% in 100hl wooden tanks.
