Smells lovely, rich and heady, evocative scents - cool fresh blue fruit with cola and some dried herbs. A little sharp acidity, quite fresh and almost sour before turning quite chalky. Nice tannins, not intrusive but providing support while this keeps a cool, sleek frame all the way through. Fresh and focussed. Not so demonstrative, a little spiced on the finish. Much more acidity and stoniness than I was expecting. 3.65pH.
