Cool and clear, fun and fruity. This feels elegant and finessed with a subtle chew to the fleshy tannins which gives a softly round aspect to the palate. Nicely cool and refreshing, it’s lightly presented, not so dense, but enough texture to be enjoyable. Nothing pushed. Touches of orange, iodine, salt and clove all join on the finish. Quite moreish. 1% Cabernet Sauvignon completes the blend.
