Ripe and heady blackcurrants on the nose. Juicy on the palate, softly mouthwatering, with good vibrancy before the graphite and wet stone flavours, and texture, come through and dominate the palate. I love the minerality, such markers of terroir but great balance between the acidity and the fruit. Blackcurrants and graphite - persistent and memorable.
