Pulsing with dark fruit, lashings of cassis and blackberry. The lift of Cabernet Franc is clear, although it has less violet notes than the 2018 that I tasted from cask, majoring instead of sweet earth and ripe autumnal berries, together with the hedgerow edge that I often find in Amoreau wines because of their grip, finely balanced acidities and saline finish. Extremely moreish.
