Pure and fragrant aromatics, really alive and focussed with purity of red cherry and raspberry. Juicy and clean, almost crisp but really stays lovely and balanced, smooth and velvety - nothing harsh here at all. Present tannins but easy to drink with vibrancy and focus. Cola, blue fruit and cinnamon spice. 3.7pH. No wood at all - ageing 50% cement, 50% stainless steel.
