Tasted alongside 1964 Latour à Pomerol and Lafleur. Incredibly complex, it is unmistakably Pomerol. Still the faintest concentration of red fruit, intertwined with wild herbs and 'sous-bois'. The power here is something to behold, such wonderful intensity and length. I am even tempted to say that, if well stored, this will drink well for decades to come.
