Juicy and round, there's an ease about this with creamy, chalky and fresh red and blue fruits, a core of salty, liquorice and freshly cut mint on the finish. Feels sleek, it's not trying too hard and doesn't want to overcomplicate things. Could almost drink this now, with classic quite dark herbal Cabernet markers. Harvest 19 - 29 September. Ageing; 14 months; 60% 225L barrels, 40% 500L barrels. In organic conversion. Derenoncourt consultants.
