Acquired in 2007, Les Loachausses is planted with vines which have an average age of 28 years. The ripeness of the vintage is evident on the nose, which is sweet and open, showing red fruits with a touch of menthol. The palate is rich, succulent, full-bodied and concentrated. It's still assertive, with spicy, peppery notes. Instead of the finesse of Anne's Richebourg, this displays energy and juiciness with bright acidity for the vintage and a long finish.
