This cuvée is the only one produced by Bret Brothers that is blended across several villages, although the largest part comes from grapes nearby their home base of Vinzelles, including Saint-Véran En Combe along with Viré-Clessé La Verchère and Pouilly-Fuissé En Carementrant. Pleasantly forward aromas of ripe apple, hazelnut and acacia flowers. The texture is ripe and lush. Vinification proceeds without sulphur until bottling when a tiny amount is added.
