This Morgon has been aged in large oak foudres for 12 months, lending some complexity and helping to open it up. It has a gorgeous aroma of sweet red and black cherry, with a hint of cream. The texture is a bit rustic, and the palate is somewhat dominated by vanilla, but there is some lovely sweet red fruit lurking underneath.
