Organic- and biodynamic-certified Domaine Arlaud farms 0.2ha of south-facing vines near Chavannes to produce this lovely white. Bright lemon peel aroma with a firm saline minerality on the initial  attack. Still, despite the vineyard’s elevation of 380m, the wine has a richness and supple character that sets it apart. The texture is dense and supple, and the aromas linger pleasantly.
