The domaine owns 0.45 hectares of Corton Clos du Roi, planted to 60-year-old vines. In 2019, these delivered a massive wine that was the least forward of the tasting, but gradually deep flavours of red and black fruit, underpinned with a firm minerality and a hint of garrigue developed on the palate. The structure is tannic and firm but still very silky, and there is an impressive purity of fruit here that augurs well for future aging.
