Perrières is a lovely climat for whites, located at the top of the slope with rocky, thin soils that bring a refreshing crisp character, even in the heat of 2018.  The wine is fermented in cask (three-quarters new) and aged with the lees for 14 months, giving the wine an overlay of spice and cream and a rich, luxuriant texture, but the bright lemony fruit and mineral, saline notes are still there.
