Natural Cork

Perfumed and floral, with fine raspberry fruit and hints of anise and spice. The texture is crisp, but the wine is fully ripe, and the silky tannins bring finesse and elegance. This wine is not a powerhouse but a seductively silky wine for drinking now.  The grapes are mostly from high-elevation sites (430m) in St-Romain, but some declassified young-vine fruit from Beaune is blended in as well to give a bit more heft.
