The Grivot domaine owns a large parcel in Quatorze Journaux that extends from the Château de la Tour holding to the Route Nationale.  Grivot uses the raw material to produce impeccably classic Burgundy, with a youthful nose of plum and black cherry fruit and a stylishly earthy, savoury edge.  On the palate, the wine was ripe, silky texture with firmish tannins and a pleasant finish.
