A slightly more developed wine on the nose that delivers open and appealing aromatics, but shows a touch more youthfulness and restraint on the palate. Voluminous in the Montrachet fashion, its moderately fleshy palate reveals candied lemon peel, citrus curd, sweet pear, pineapple and toasted brioche. Poised, but with rounder edges and a beautifully fine length, this is a delicious wine that is very typical of what I would expect from both Montrachet and Joseph Drouhin.
