Domaine La Croix Montjoie has 15ha in Vézelay, certified organic since 2021. This was aged for nine months in tank and older barrels. Despite coming from 50km south of Chablis there is a strong resemblance here with a very clean, crisp palate of green apple, lively acidity and an extended mineral finish. From the cooler 2021 vintage, this is still lively and has potential for further development. A fine example of the quality coming out of the Vézelay appellation.
