Produced from what Michel Mallard calls 'my most beautiful bunches of Rognets', which come from the domaine's oldest vines, this is a superb Corton that ages effortlessly in bottle. Balanced, floral and clove spicy, it has deftly handled whole clusters and 80% new wood. Racy, subtle and refined, this is the sort of thing that could give Corton a good name.
