Nico Rossignol combines fruit from two parcels on different soil types  to produce this superb red from one of Volnay's finest terroirs. Fermented with 10% whole clusters to 'preserve delicacy' in the wine, this is ethereal and perfumed with lovely poise and balance and the underlying concentration and intensity to age well in bottle. The 20% new wood is expertly handled.
