The Chevrières is made from 65 year old vines, revealing a bouquet of pear, ripe citrus, white flowers and a touch of hazelnut, the prelude to a crisp, pure palate with impressive tension and textural refinement. Another powerful wine, but also one of the most elegant in his cellar.
