A charming and elegant wine with abundant finesse and perfumed raspberry fruit with a floral edge. The texture is silky and fine, more about perfume than power. The grapes are from 0.21ha of young vines planted high on the slope in thin soils. Owner Michel Naddef makes a separate cuvée of Champ Perdrix from purchased fruit under his own name, but the family parcel produces a wine of great elegance. 20% of the grapes were vinified as whole bunches, and the whole is aged in 20% new barrels.
