A leading Givry domaine, run since 2008 by Nicolas Ragot, with 9ha in total (70% red, 30% white). The fruit was so ripe in 2019 that Nicolas used more whole-bunch, creating a Givry balancing ripeness and elegance. This bottling is produced from some of the domaines oldest vines, aged in tonnellerie Berthomieu barrels (one-third new). Very appealing nose and freshness on palate. Crisp, dark, berry fruits. Structured and long, this shows many layers of flavour and will age very well.
