This cuvée is produced from 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 20% Gamay. Quite a light petal pink in colour, it gets its gentle hue from direct pressing the grapes. This usually allows for a finer texture as well. On the nose, it opens up with succulent bramble fruits – wild strawberries and raspberries. Despite its 10 grams per litre of dosage, it remains fresh while it finishes quite dry. A lovely Crémant for summer or with aromatic foods.
