Dark in colour, this has pronounced aromas of mulberry and cassis that waft from the glass, adorned with accents of exotic spices and a hint of rose petals. Although this is fermented with nearly 80% whole clusters, there are no notes of garrigue, just a lush, forward, spicy fruit character. The texture is silky and approachable, but with plenty of tannin and enough freshness to balance the wine adroitly. Whisper-soft and easy to drink.
