<p>Mark Haisma usually avoids whole bunch fermentation on this cuv&eacute;e, but added 10% stems in 2018 because they were so lignified. This is sweet, floral and refined by the standards of some Pommards, with a little bit of ferrous grip, fine tannins and red cherry and wild strawberry flavours that flow appealingly across the palate. The 20% new wood adds some extra perfume</p>
