Elegant, refined, and discreet, the 2024 Bourgogne Côte d'Or from Michel Bouzereau is astonishingly good for a regional-level wine. It offers aromas of passionfruit and green apple accented with subtle floral notes and a note of spice. The texture is lively and bright, with fresh acidity, moderate body and length. The grapes are from a blend of lieux-dits within Meursault and Puligny, although they lie outside the village-level zone. This will drink well on release but continue to improve for five years or more.
