<p>This was the last wine to be added to Olivier Bernstein&#39;s portfolio in 2012, but it is now a well-established feature of the range and is normally served last in the cellar. Made with fruit from 70-year-old vines it&#39;s less powerful than his Clos de B&egrave;ze, but is also built to age in bottle. Notes of plum and chocolate segue into a palate that&#39;s fresh, savoury and assertively oaked. Needs more time.</p>
