Les Minots is the warmest lieu-dit within Vaillons, and this is normally the first parcel Piuze harvests. On the nose the wine is a bit more exotic, with notes of peach and nectarine mingling with preserved citrus, but on the palate the wine retains its balance, its attractively glossy attack followed by good acidity and concentration on the mid-palate and finish.
