White wine only accounts for around 4% of the production in Beaujolais, so this new Discovery bottle lives up to its name. Appealing citrus and apple aromas, with hints of brioche and white flowers. Nice weight and texture to the palate, thanks to nine months in oak, but still fresh and crisp, with notes of lemon and orchard fruit.
