If you want a bottle of Chablis for your Christmas lunch, this is one of the best supermarket versions going. Old-vine fruit lends concentration and weight to a palate layered with creamy citrus and orchard fruit over a mineral backbone, with racy acidity. Well worth the extra £1.50 to trade up from the standard Taste the Difference Chablis!
