From vines located upslope from the Château Corton Grancey, owned by Latour. The fruit is completely destemmed and gently fermented prior to ageing over two winters in cask (25% new). The wine is very fine and delicate for a Corton, with an expressive berry fruit character.   On the palate it is silky, yet structured, with enough tannin to age well.
