The second vintage of this rare collection, which started with the 1996 and will end with the 1998. This cuvée, mostly Chardonnay, has a racy, complex, elegant bouquet. Aromas of pastry, spices, white pepper, oak, and dried herbs. Creamy and deep, the palate shows a bright acidity with a delicate, spicy sensation. Old-fashioned and charming.
