The miracle of a very fine summer and mild autumn compensated for a particularly difficult spring, which delayed the growing season. The yields were actually quite high in the end. 

Disgorged in December 2018, the wine is a lively gold colour in the glass, with an Annurca apple aroma, slightly mushroomy and earthy. It has a creamy mousse, sharp acidity and an amazing blood orange and savoury walnut finish.
