Always a solid choice and a Co-op staple – the latest release was crafted by Compagnie Champenoise. Sour citrus, pastry, brioche and cream. Wonderful freshness leads the way on a rich, broad palate of brioche, buttered green lime and citrus, with a creamy texture, well balanced throughout and leading to a clean finish.
