Designed to be an accessible and approachable cuvée, the current release is based on 70% of the 2020 vintage and 30% reserve wine from 2019 and 2018, aged in tanks to preserve the winery's desired vibrancy. The sun-drenched character of these years is evident in the full-bodied palate, enhanced by notes of autolysis (48 months spent on lees) and a slightly generous dosage (7g). The palate presents a contrasting profile: initially expressing ripe orchard fruit (white peach), even tropical notes (papaya), the finish quickly tightens with a touch of menthol and a hint of bitterness despite the dosage. Best served chilled if the wine is enjoyed today. Four years on tirage, 7g dosage.
